There’s nothing better than a local coffee shop with yummy drinks, delicious pastries, and unique gifts. The Flying M is such a delight, and out of the Treasure Valley’s Flying M locations, this one is my favorite. They reliably have multiple delicious wheat-free and vegan baked goods, their little shop always has new, fun items (I swear I buy a little gift or two for a friend every time I get a coffee), their coffee is delicious, and their baristas are lovely.

I've never NOT loved this coffee shop. The coffee is good, whoever makes their baked goods is a damn genius on flavor, and it's excellent for buying random gifts. If you have no idea what to get someone, you'll go here and find it. The people who are buyers for the shop, are also amazing. I like the staff, the energy is great, and all of their coffee shops in the valley are worth trying.

Lovely coffee shop in the heart of downtown Caldwell. Cool place to relax on a weekend or to get some work done on a weekday. They have a ton of merch for purchase, with a good number of Idaho-made ones (balms, tallow, etc). Lovely atmosphere

This is a cute little coffee shop in Indian Creek Plaza. We came in Saturday morning at 9am and it was pretty crowded, lots of people hanging out with coffee and breakfast and perusing the shopping section. Live music too!! I wish the space was bigger and had more of a sit down vibe, it was so crowded that we took our coffee to go. It's one of the only spots open in the area before 11am so no surprise that it's busy. Will definitely be back!

Very quirky but not in a 'hey look at me' kinda way but genuinely unique with personality. Love all of the bizarre random things they sell. The coffee is great and with a line of 12 people in front of me it's still faster than Starbucks with 4 people in front of me. The employees don't act rushed or stressed but are calm and friendly.

Thankful for Coffee shops like Flying M Coffee Caldwell that open early in the morning on rainy days. The baked goods are creative and tasty, the coffee reliable and extra shot latte's are my favorite. The dining area and attached gift and postcards section have enough eclectic items to keep you amused and delighted as you sip and shop.

I love spending time here with my best friends on a Saturday morning. The vibes are immaculate and the food is amazing!! The staff are attentive to detail and work with amazing ethic and a smile! 10/10 Recommend!

Flying M was wonderful! Fantastic, smooth coffee... and a fantastic / fun gift area! The service was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly. We were there on a Sunday, around 9:30am... and we ended up leaving as it was kind of loud and hard to hear each other, so we decided to just go for a walk in the plaza. It was lovely. It's a GREAT location, with other fun things to do too!

Just wow. Second time here. Amazing food for a coffee shop. The bacon cheddar scone was just fabulous. They also made me a white chocolate macadamia nut latte that I can’t even describe. Sucks we live 3.5 hours away, these guys are great. (Couldn’t wait to eat the scone so partially eaten scone pictured.)

Passing through town, I stopped at this coffee shop and it felt like a little slice of Portland! I had the vegetarian quiche, and it was perfect. The gift shop is cute and they're welcoming all around. I saw folks of all ages, and seems like a sweet place for teens/young adults to hang out. Shaded outdoor seating and easy parking, too.
